project STONEHART

BEDROOM 2

Bedroom two is part of our Stonehart project in the rolling hills of Caledon, Ontario . This masculine hideaway, is one of the four bedrooms we worked on redecorating in this estate sub-division home. This space was once a vibrant blue, but has since been transformed into a neutral masculine hideaway featuring subtle pops of colour .

rest & relax.

Crisp white linens, and layered textures create a warm and inviting space. A perfect space to sink in, relax and read a book before a restful sleep.

mixing it up.

Mixed metals, a textured wool rug, and bold art are some of the details that add a masculinity to this space. We opted for a black leather look dresser wrapped in warm walnut wood and paired it with an upholstered bed, framed in chrome. These carefully curated pieces pop again the dark grey walls and create bold and modern space.

light it up.

We used black and brass bedside sconces to provide task and ambient light in the evenings . Using a plug-in sconce in this situation, frees up precious nightstand space and allows us to select the perfect install location on site without committing to a hardwired location. This light type of light option a great choice when working with smaller bedside tables.
