To provide you with the best experience, our team handles the designs, procurement , and project management to insure all the correct products are ordered, are delivered on time, and meet our quality standards before installation.

Our Decorating + Furnishing service can be utilized to furnish your entire home or just a room. We plan & manage the procurement, furniture installation , design of custom pieces, and styling of the space/s. If room preparation is required; painting, wall coverings, picture hanging , shelf hanging, etc. we will work closely with the trades to schedule and complete this prior to our delivery & install day.

Our virtual consultation service allows you to connect with us remotely through email or video conference and have your design or decor question/s answered. This service provides you with a quick and easy way to get the advice or help you need to finalize a decision on your project.

Our E-Design service is a virtual design service that provides you with all plans, visuals, and a shopping list to get you to the next stage of your project. We plan it, you execute it. Work with our design on your timeline.

Our Spec Home package is exclusive to Contractors and Builders. A full trades package including: plans & layouts, selections for flooring, interior trim/millwork ( doors, trim, hardware selections), lighting selections, finish selections ( flooring & wall coverings, stone/marble), custom cabinetry/ millwork designs ( including selection of : door styles, colours, hardware) , lighting selections, plumbing selections, a specification package and schedules.

Our Trade Package is an exclusive offering to other trade professionals ( Architects, Designers, Cabinetry Companies , Contractors and Builders). We provide you with custom millwork & cabinetry designs presented in a professional eye-catching package for you to confidently present to your clients.

During our discovery phase we ask all the important questions to learn more about you, your project, lifestyle, design style and what you would like to achieve with your home. During this stage we will walk you through our design process, discuss project timelines, our design fees & package pricing, and provide you with some insight on what you can expect while working with our team.

1. Discovery Call

Our discovery call is a quick 30 min scheduled call to discuss the details of your project, timelines, and answer any questions you may have about our design process and fees. This call gives you, the client, and us, the designer a quick introduction to determine if we are the right fit to work together.

2. In-Home or Virtual Meeting

Our In-Home or Virtual Meeting is our initial design consultation. In this meeting we do a deep dive into the project details, the requirements and limitations of each space, your needs & wants for the space/s, lifestyle ( how you want to and plan to use the space), and your design style. This meeting is an essential part of our design process. While we will be discussing design ideas during the meeting, this meeting is not intended for a one time consultation, it is the initial consultation for a full scope project.

3. Scope of Work + Design Fee Proposal

After our initial design consultation we will send you a full service project proposal outlining our package pricing, design fees, timelines, and contract terms.

During this phase we are working on the space planning, design and drawing development while making all of our selections for materials, finishes, plumbing, lighting along with design preparation for custom/bespoke pieces. Once all the plans, items and materials, and fixtures are selected we then prepare a complete and extensive design package. All the technical and visual design details are included in this package providing you, our client, and the trades a complete guide to visualize and build from.

1. Concept Development & Presentation

This is where we conceptualize. A vision including inspiration images, ideas and a design direction is created and presented.

2. Design Package Development & Presentation

Design plans, presentation boards, specifications, and schedules AKA “the design handbook” is prepared. Once complete, we will schedule a presentation meeting to review all the details and finishes together.

3. Order & Purchasing

Once the final presentation is approved and any changes finalized, it is time for ordering!

During this phase everything starts to come together. Demo & construction starts and products start to arrive for installation. Our team works closely with the job site( contractors, builders, tradesmen) to insure a smooth renovation/build process. Once complete we schedule our final construction walk though then facilitate the delivery and installation of the furniture and decor. We carefully place and style everything for the final client reveal. 

1. Construction 

Demo & Construction starts, we work closely with the build and construction team to oversee the project.

2. Furniture Install 

Once the construction phase is complete, it is time for furnishing and decor! During this time Our design team schedules the deliveries for the furniture installation and we style the space.

3. Project Reveal

We walk you through your finished space! You get to finally enjoy and live in your perfectly designed home.

Our Decorating + Furnishing Service follows our “full service” approach without the construction phase.

1. You send dimensions & pictures of the space, inspirational images, and a must haves list.

2. We send the project proposal ( including timelines & package fee).

3. Initial virtual meeting to discuss design direction in detail (1 hr)

4. Virtual Meeting (1 hr) concept presentation/review. This is a preliminary design direction presentation. including ideas, rough sketches, inspiration images to convey a design direction ( includes: a digital design board).

5. We prepare the E-Design (includes: floorplan, design/finish board, schedule/shopping list).

6. Final virtual presentation

7. You execute the design on your time at your pace.
